Surf Apnea on Land

Surf fitness training and breathing techniques (Surf Apnea) . In a 75-minute training we go through the fundamental exercises. We improve posture better paddle technique and performance to prevent shoulder injuries and low back pain. During the training we will use specific breathing techniques (apnea for surfers) on land to survive challenging wipeouts.
